We optimize the rigidity of both individual components and the overall assembly to raise the natural frequency and avoid resonance. Additionally, we utilize cast-aluminum rotors with increased thermal capacity in the rotor bars and end rings; this expands the heat transfer surface area and improves the motor's thermal margin.
